EIP Eager to Share its Experiences with Afghanistan
The head of HPC secretariat and Afghan president’s special envoy on regional consensus for peace Umer Daudzai has recently met with the executive director of the European Institute of Peace (EIP) Michael Keating and discussed the peace process.
The head of HPC secretariat and Afghan president’s special envoy on regional consensus for peace Umer Daudzai has recently met with the executive director of the European Institute of Peace (EIP) Michael Keating and discussed the peace process.
During the meeting, Mr Keating promised to share EIP’s experience on peace with Afghanistan.
“The two sides discussed EIP’s cooperation for Peace with the Afghan peace process, the recent developments, and holding peace consultative Loya Jirga,” the HPC said in a statement.
Mr Daudzai said that conducting research on peace is important and stressed on sharing the experience of countries, organizations, and institutes regarding peace.
EIP executive director appreciated HPC’s efforts for peace and said EIP is ready to share its experience with HPC for building capacity on peace.
