Stability and Partnership Team Not Shared its Concerns with President

In response to a statement released Sunday by Stability and Partnership electoral ticket led by Abdullah Abdullah, President Ghani’s spokesman Haroon Chakhansuri said that it has not yet shared its concerns about the peace consultative Jirga with the president.

In response to a statement released Sunday by Stability and Partnership electoral ticket led by Abdullah Abdullah, President Ghani’s spokesman Haroon Chakhansuri said that it has not yet shared its concerns about the peace consultative Jirga with the president.
“The Stability and Partnership team had not shared its concerns and complaints about the peace consultative Loya Jirga with president M. Ashraf Ghani. President Ghani will hear Dr. Abdullah’s concerns and will make appropriate decisions in this regard,” Chakhansuri twitted late Sunday.

The Stability and Partnership team in a statement said it will not participate in the Loya Jirga due to be held in the last week of April.
The statement also referred to lack of grounds for holding such a Jirga.
