According to Nasrat Rahimi, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry, the attackers stormed a hotel in Chawk Pusta area of Qala-e Naw in Badghis province at 12: 40 pm (Kabul time) and open fire on the civilians.
“Two of the terrorist attackers were killed by the security forces,” said Nasrat Rahimi, adding that “the other assailant is under siege”.
There are not immediate details about the purpose of the attack and no group or individuals claimed responsibility.
