Qari Qadir, fomer Khulm district Police Commander, Assasinated

Did Press Agency: Qari Qadir, the former police commander of Samangan’s Khulm district, was killed after being released from Tal-iban prison.

Qari Qadir was killed Wednesday and on his way to his home in Khulm distric of Samangan province, according to reports.

Based on reports, armed men took him out of his car and shot him near Bagh-e Jahan Numa area.
The reason behind the assasination is not clear yet.

According to local sources, Qari Qadir was arrested by the Ta-liban forces in 10th district of Mazar-e Sharif, the capital of Balk province, on Tuesday.
Taliban security officials have not commented regarding the issue.
