DID Press: Ayatollah Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, emphasized the pivotal role of religion and knowledge in strengthening the country at a ceremony commemorating the martyrs of Iran’s 12-day war with the Israeli regime.
He said: “Islamic Iran was formed on the basis of religion and knowledge, and these two elements have caused our people and youth to force the enemy to retreat in many areas.”
He added: “What the global arrogance, especially the United States, opposes is the religion and faith of the Iranian people. They are hostile to this unity arising from Islam and the Quran, as well as to the scientific advances of our youth
