Governance Foundations Solidified, says Kabul Envoy to Pakistan
DID Press: Marking the fourth anniversary of foreign forces withdrawal from Afghanistan, Afghan caretaker government’s ambassador to Pakistan, Sardar Ahmad Shakeeb, said the Taliban administration has strengthened the country’s governance structures and restored order and stability.

Speaking from Islamabad, Shakeeb said that over the past four years, the caretaker government, relying on public support and domestic resources, has reinforced governance foundations and brought stability back to Afghanistan.
“Conditions are now favorable for the development of trade, investment, tourism, and the implementation of infrastructure projects across the country,” he said, adding that these steps reflect Afghanistan’s gradual progress.
On foreign policy, Shakeeb emphasized that the government’s approach prioritizes peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and regional stability, while remaining committed to global peace and sustainable development.
