Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif Backs Trump’s 20-Point Peace Plan for Gaza
DID Press: Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his support for former U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed 20-point plan aimed at ending the ongoing conflict in Gaza, describing it as a significant step toward achieving lasting peace between Israel and Palestine.

In an official statement, Sharif welcomed the initiative, calling it a “positive move” towards sustainable peace in the Middle East.
The Prime Minister also praised the efforts of Trump and his special envoy, Steve Witkoff, highlighting the importance of pursuing political and diplomatic solutions to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Sharif reiterated his country’s longstanding support for the two-state solution, emphasizing its role as a just and durable resolution to the war in Gaza and a pathway to regional peace.
He further noted that Trump’s proposal could serve as a framework for restoring stability in the Middle East and preventing further escalation of violence.
