Afghani Continues Upward Trend, Surpasses 1,700 Tomans
DID Press: The Afghani, which recorded a notable rise on Tuesday (October 7), continued its upward trend with a slight increase on Wednesday (October 8, 2025).

According to a field report from the currency market, the Afghani gained 5 tomans, or about 0.29%, compared to the previous day, reaching 1,705 tomans.
This follows a 50-toman increase recorded on Tuesday.
Market observers say continued demand for the Afghani in the open market remains a key factor driving its appreciation. They expect the upward momentum to persist if current economic conditions remain stable.
