Iran Dispatches First Humanitarian Aid to Northern Afghanistan Quake Victims
DID Press: Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul announced that the first shipment of humanitarian aid from Iran for victims of the recent earthquake in northern Afghanistan has been dispatched to the affected areas.

The embassy said on Wednesday that the aid package includes medicines, hygiene supplies, and emergency tents.
Hamid Reza Ahmadi, Iran’s Consul General in Mazar-e-Sharif city, visited Samangan province to express condolences to the families of the victims and those affected by the earthquake. He emphasized the continuation of humanitarian cooperation and the delivery of additional assistance.
“Iran has always stood by the Afghan people and will not hesitate to provide support during times of hardship,” Ahmadi added.
The recent earthquake in northern Afghanistan has caused significant casualties and damage. Relief efforts for the affected communities are ongoing.
