Exporting Herat-Made Gas Tankers Begins to Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan

DID Press: A manufacturing company in western Herat province announced that domestically produced gas tankers are now being exported to three regional countries, as the high quality of the products boosting its demand both at home and abroad.

Officials at Mohammadi Gas Tanker Company in Herat said that their products have successfully entered regional markets, and currently, tankers manufactured by the company are being exported to Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.

Atiqullah Niazi, the company’s CEO, said that so far, 14 large gas tankers have been shipped to Russia and Uzbekistan, and the export process continues.

He emphasized that improved quality and standardized production have positioned the factory to compete with foreign products.

Niazi added that the tankers are not only gaining traction in overseas markets but have also seen strong domestic demand, with sales increasing significantly compared to last year.

Meanwhile, the company’s deputy highlighted that adherence to technical standards and the use of high-quality materials have earned the trust of both domestic and international customers, paving the way for regional exports.
