Transport Operations Restored at Dogharun Border Crossing
DID Press: Deputy for Development and Acting Director of Dogharun Free Zone Customs Majid Habibi announced that transport operations for Iranian and foreign fleets at Dogharun border crossing have returned to normal after a several-day interruption.

Majid Habibi said the movement of Iranian and foreign trucks at the Dogharun border, which had been halted due to snowfall and infrastructure issues at Islam Qala Customs in Afghanistan, resumed Sunday afternoon.
With improved weather conditions and the ability to accept fleets on the Afghan side, 446 trucks crossed between the two countries on Sunday, he added. Currently, there are no restrictions on the entry or exit of export, import, or transit trucks.
The Acting Director of Dogharun Free Zone Customs also mentioned that rescue teams were deployed and operations were conducted to assist trucks trapped in the snow, emphasizing that customs services are now functioning normally.
