TTP Denies Receiving Weapons from Afghanistan
DID Press: A senior official of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has rejected claims the group receives weapons from Afghanistan, describing the allegations as unfounded.

Amir Muhammad Mehsud, a Sharia court judge of the TTP, told CNN that the group does not source its weapons from Afghanistan and has not received any arms support from the Taliban government.
He stressed that linking the Afghan Taliban to the arming of the TTP is incorrect, adding that the group relies on its own independent resources to equip its fighters.
The remarks come as Pakistani officials in recent months have repeatedly accused Kabul of supporting the TTP, an issue that has become a major point of tension between the two sides.
The Taliban have previously denied these accusations, saying they do not allow Afghan territory to be used against any other country.
