Pakistan, EU Hold Virtual Talks on Afghanistan Security, Human Rights

DID Press: Mohammad Sadiq, Pakistan’s special representative for Afghanistan, held a virtual meeting with European Union envoy Gilles Bertrand to discuss the latest political and security developments in the region.

Sadiq noted that the talks focused primarily on human rights, counterterrorism, and related threats. He added that he had previously engaged with officials from Uzbekistan and Iran regarding Afghanistan.
