DID Press: Former Israeli PM Naftali Bennett has warned that any attempt by Turkey to form an Islamic coalition could be seen as a direct threat to Israeli security, potentially prompting military action.

Bennett described such a coalition, reportedly involving Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, as inherently “hostile and threatening,” emphasizing that Israel would not remain passive in the face of this perceived danger.
He stressed that Israel views these regional alliances as a challenge to its national security and has previously called on the international community to monitor Turkey’s regional initiatives closely.
