DID Press: A US F-35 Lightning II fighter jet crashed on Monday north of Las Vegas in the western US state of Nevada during a training flight.
According to local media reports citing military officials, the incident occurred within controlled airspace inside the Nevada Test and Training Range, a designated zone used for military exercises and weapons testing.
The pilot sustained minor injuries and received medical treatment at the crash site. Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the cause of the accident.
