Taliban Trade Minister Travels to Uzbekistan for INNOPROM Central Asia Expo

DID Press: Taliban’s Ministry of Industry and Commerce announced that Nooruddin Azizi has traveled to Uzbekistan at the official invitation of the Uzbek government to participate in the INNOPROM Central Asia Industrial Exhibition.

According to the ministry, the exhibition is aimed at promoting industrial development, advanced technologies, and expanding investment cooperation. It brings together government officials, investors, and manufacturers from several countries including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan.

Officials also reported that more than 60 Afghan companies are participating in the event, showcasing products such as cotton, coal, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural goods.

Authorities describe the exhibition as one of the largest industrial, technological, and investment-focused events in Central Asia.
