Iran Rules Out US Meeting During Araghchi Visit to Pakistan

DID Press: Foreign ministry of the Iran has announced that no meeting with the United States is scheduled during the upcoming visit of Abbas Araghchi to Pakistan.

According to the ministry, the primary objective of the trip is to hold consultations with Pakistani officials on bilateral relations and regional developments, dismissing speculation about any direct talks between Tehran and Washington.

Iranian officials also indicated that Tehran’s positions on key issues will be conveyed to the United States indirectly through Pakistan.

The statement comes at a time when regional developments and Iran–U.S. relations remain central topics in regional diplomacy, with mediation roles by certain countries drawing increased attention.
