Pakistan Warns Taliban: Cross-Border Strikes Will Continue Amid Terror Allegations
DID Press: A senior adviser to Pakistan’s prime minister has accused Afghanistan of providing safe havens for militant groups and warned that Islamabad will continue conducting strikes on targets inside Afghan territory.

Rana Sanaullah said in remarks to Pakistani media that more than 7,000 militants are allegedly operating from Afghanistan, where they are trained and organized to carry out attacks inside Pakistan. He claimed these networks are actively using Afghan soil for cross-border operations.
He stressed that national security remains Pakistan’s top priority and said the government will not hesitate to take “necessary measures” to counter perceived threats.
Sanaullah further warned that operations against identified targets inside Afghanistan would continue until security threats are eliminated.
Pakistani officials have repeatedly accused the Afghan caretaker authorities of failing to curb militant activity, allegations the Taliban reject, insisting Afghan territory is not being used against any country and urging dialogue to resolve security concerns.
