DID Press: A senior Iranian military commander has said the country’s armed forces are in a state of full readiness, warning that any hostile action would be met with a decisive response.
Major General Abdollahi, commander of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, said Iranian forces have their “fingers on the trigger” and are prepared to respond immediately to what he described as even the slightest mistake by adversaries.
He added that Iran’s armed forces remain committed to what he called the objectives of the “liberation of Jerusalem” and “avenging the blood of the martyred Imam,” stressing that these goals “will never be forgotten.”
The commander warned that any act of aggression against Iran would trigger a “heavy and decisive” response.
