DID Press: Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, responding to a joint statement by France and the United Kingdom on the social platform X, said that the Strait of Hormuz is not a venue for military demonstrations by extra-regional powers.
He emphasized that Iran, as a responsible power and a guarantor of security in the Strait, warns against any military movement in this sensitive waterway.
Gharibabadi stated that the security of Hormuz lies with the coastal states, adding that those who create crises will bear responsibility for the consequences of their actions.
He described the warning as serious and explicit.
