Afghanistan, India Hold 4th Joint Coordination Committee Meeting

DID Press: Afghanistan and India held the fourth meeting of their Joint Coordination Committee on Thursday (9 July), with officials from both sides reviewing the full spectrum of bilateral relations.

The meeting was co-chaired by M. Anand Prakash, head of the Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran Division at India’s Ministry of External Affairs, and Shuaib Barali, Director General of the First Political Department at Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to both sides, discussions covered all aspects of Afghanistan–India bilateral relations and areas of mutual cooperation.

Randhir Jaiswal said in a post on X that the meeting focused on the full range of bilateral ties and cooperation.

No further details on the agenda or specific outcomes of the meeting have been released by either side.
