Foreign Companies Interested in Investing in Afghanistan’s Power Industry

DID Press: Several major regional and neighboring companies, including Russian companies, have expressed interest in investing in the production of equipment and supplies for Afghanistan’s power industry, announced officials of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS).

According to Breshna officials, the country’s electricity supply chain has the capacity to attract millions of dollars in investment, while existing infrastructure is capable of accommodating such investment.

They emphasized that these investments could play an important role in developing Afghanistan’s power industry and strengthening the country’s energy infrastructure.
