DID Press: Fawzi Mansouri, head of the Military Intelligence Department of the Libyan Armed Forces, was assassinated in the eastern city of Benghazi, reportedly outside his home.
According to reports, attackers targeted Mansouri with an explosive device near his residence, killing him in the attack.
Security forces and law-enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the circumstances of the assassination and are working to identify those responsible.
