DID Press: US Department of War has reported that a total of 861 American service members have been wounded since the start of the U.S.-Israeli war against Iran.
According to Pentagon figures, 418 U.S. service members were wounded and 14 were killed during the operation known as “Epic Fury,” which began in late February and ended on May 5.
The Pentagon also said that since July 7, five U.S. service members have been killed and 443 wounded. The number of wounded American troops had previously been reported at 687 in early August.
The United States and Israel launched their war against Iran on February 28.
