Ariana Afghan Increases Cargo Flights Between Kabul and Delhi

DID Press: Ariana Afghan Airlines has increased the number of cargo flights on the Kabul–Delhi route to facilitate the movement of commercial goods and support Afghanistan’s exports and imports, with two cargo flights now operating daily.

The airline said it previously operated one cargo flight per day between Kabul and Delhi. The increase to two daily flights comes in response to growing demand from traders for air transportation of commercial goods.

Ariana Afghan said the expanded cargo service is intended to facilitate the movement of goods and meet traders’ transportation needs. The airline added that increased cargo capacity could support Afghanistan’s trade and facilitate imports and exports.

The expansion comes as air links between Afghanistan and India have grown in recent months, with direct passenger flights also operating between the two countries.

With the additional cargo capacity, traders will have greater access to air freight services between Kabul and Delhi, according to Ariana Afghan.
