Muttaqi Visits Site Allocated for Construction of Afghanistan Embassy in Moscow

DID Press: Amir Khan Muttaqi, Taliban’s foreign minister, during his visit to Moscow, accompanied by Mawlawi Gul Hassan Hassan, the Taliban’s ambassador to the Russian Federation, visited the site allocated for the construction of the Afghanistan Embassy in the city.

Afghanistan’s Taliban-run Foreign Ministry has announced that the 1.68-hectare site was allocated to the Afghanistan Embassy by the General Administration for Diplomatic Missions Services of Russia’s Foreign Ministry in one of Moscow’s important and strategic areas.

According to the plans, the new Afghanistan Embassy building and other required facilities will be constructed at the site. Upon completion of the project, the necessary facilities for providing administrative, consular and cultural services by the Afghanistan Embassy in Russia will be available.
