An explosion hits a restaurant in Lab-e Jar square in PD4 of Kabul.
It is said the explosion targeted fans of Balkh governor Ata M. Noor who gathered in support of him Thursday.
There is still not detailed information about the casualties, but many cars are said to have been burned.
