Afghanistan’s former chief of National Directorate of Security Rahmatullah Nabil disclosed that soon a number of NUG’s key members will be fired due to having close relations with Pakistani army intelligence (ISI).
“Based on sources, at least 3 key members of NUG will be fired or forced to resign due to their close and secret relations and sympathy for Pakistan ISI,” Mr. Nabil wrote on tweeter.

According to evidence, these so called strategists are involved in weakening the NUG in order to push their own self serving political agenda. The tweet added.
Nabil had previously had to disclose statements about the politics of NUG and widespread fraud in 2014 presidential election and has recently been banned from traveling abroad.

The decree issued at a time when Mr. Nabil was outside the country and the attorney general canceled the decree.
Nabil who leads Mehwar-e Mardom-e Afghanistan – a political movement – has recently vowed that current chief of National directorate of Security Masoom Stanekzai warned him to reduce his party’s activities.

It is worth mentioning that Nabil has earlier said he has been threatened by special circles within the government and forced to be silent.
