Officials in central Logar province confirmed that several bombs exploded at a school – also used as a voter registration center – in Shahrak-e Mohajirin on Monday.

“The bombs were embedded near the school’s supply and went off before the students arrive,” said Shapor Ahmadzai, the provincial police spokesman.

According to him, no one hurt in this incident; but the school severely damaged.
No group has yet claimed responsibility.

There are 20 centers for voters to register themselves, but 7 of them are closed from the beginning due to insecurity.
