Afghanistan welcomes the countries aid in advancing peace talks, but does not accept the direct intervention of any country.

The Special Representative of the Russian President in Afghanistan Kabulov has recently said that the United States faces two options in Afghanistan.

Referring to the presence of the United States in Afghanistan, he said that the United States should directly enter into dialogue with the Taliban or continue the war with them. But the spokesperson for HPC Ehsan Tahiri said when an administration rules a country, there is no need for direct talks between the armed oppositions and a foreign state.
