The explosion targeted the campaign ceremony of a parliamentary candidate in Kama District about 1 pm.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Ataullah Khugyani said: 13 people were killed, over 30 others wounded in the explosion.
According to him, the number of casualties may rise.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, but Daesh terror group mainly claim such attacks.
