Blast in Nangarhar Leaves Casualties

An explosion in eastern Nangarhar province on Saturday September 25 targeted the Taliban’s convoy, according to reports.


The blast which took place in PD-1 of Jalalabad city, the capital of Nangarhar province, killed 1 and wounded 7 others.

According to reports, an IED bomb exploded against a passing Taliban vehicle at about 06:30 am, wounding four civilians, including a municipality cleaner. A Taliban member was killed and three more were injured during the explosion, too.

On 24 September, three dead bodies of allegedly ISIS-K members, meanwhile, were found in Jalalabad city, near Farm-e Ada square.
The dead bodies remained on open ground for several hours. They were reportedly tortured last night by the Taliban members.

It is worth mentioning that ISIS terrorist group has carried out several attacks against the Taliban in Nangarhar province during the past weeks.
