C5+Japan Dialogue; FM Rabbani Discussed Various Issues

Afghan Foreign Minister attended at the seventh meeting of Central Asia+Japan dialogue in Dushanbe on initiative of the Republic of Tajikistan at the level of foreign ministers.
The meeting, which was held on Saturday, the participants discussed economic cooperation between Central Asia and Afghanistan with the cooperation of Japan.
“Pleasure speaking as the guest of honor at the 7th meeting of Central Asia+Japan dialogue in Dushanbe. Stressed the importance of such mechanisms in promoting regional cooperation and reaffirmed our vision for a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan and central Asia,” FM Rabbani twitted.
According to him, Japan committed to increase cooperation in this regard.
On the sideline of the meeting, Mr Rabbani held talks with FMs of some countries, including FMs of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
In a meeting with Kazakh FM Beibut Atamkulov, both sides discussed enhancing Afghanistan-Kazakhstan relations in various areas including education, trade and investment.
The next round of the dialogue will be held in Japan in the coming year.
