Ata M. Noor considers his opposition against ARG palace as a confrontation of reformation and monopoly, saying “we seek to change the system.”

“Contrary to false politics, our stand against ARG palace is not for the seat of a province, but a struggle to gain the lost national interests that leads to participation of all political ethnic groups and elimination of ARG’s monopoly,” said Balkh governor Ata M. Noor at a “National Consultative discourse with elites” held in Mazar-e Sharif on Sunday.

“Instead of mobilizing the security forces against terrorism, the government, on the contrary, encourage the security forces to insecure Balkh province and motivate them to fight their people,” Mr. Noor added.
“Jamiat-e Islami has given the government a reform proposal in twelve articles, we will not retreat from our reformist demands at the level of government and the government must implement it,” He stressed, “the major weakness of the government is not to bring reform in the governance system.”

“The Afghan establishment is a presidential system that focuses power on one person, and when the power is in the hands of one person, we will not witness anything except insecurity, instability, and monopoly. Soon, a major coalition will be formed that finding a new way to change the system, is its priorities,” Mr. Noor continued.
According to Mr. Noor, ARG leaders face illusion and just sees those around themselves.
