The Afghanistan executive directorate said, the government plan is to first increase operations against the group, then some members of the group whose cases are on the table, to be executed after a legal proceeding.
The cases include those who are in the country’s prisons due to terrorist activities.
Meanwhile, experts say government does not have a strong will to enforce justice and there are circles within the government who are lobbying for terrorists.
Experts believe the support of senior government officials from Taliban, has made inmates free or enjoying in prisons.
Recent attacks in the country have caused a wave of protests, but the government reports the seriousness of the fight against terrorist groups.
