Mentioning the ongoing efforts to establish peace, Sayed Alireza Mahmoodi, who is an Afghan political figure said that every opportunity should be used to provide peace in the country.
Sayed Alireza Mahmoodi told DID press agency that peace and reconciliation is one of the most urgent needs of the country.
“Afghan government supporters in coordination with Kabul should take serious steps to bring peace,” the political expert added.
According to him, the details of peace talks with the Taliban should be shared with the people of Afghanistan.
“regional countries should make honest efforts in bringing peace to the country and not make Kabul a victim of their political rivalries,” he accentuated. “as long as a national and global consensus is not created, it is unlikely to reach a national reconciliation.”
