Explosion Hits Balkh province

Blast hits Balkh’s “Kholm” district minutes ago.
“The explosion took place around Kholm district of Balkh province. We have sent a team to inspect the area,” Sherkhan Durani, the spokesman for Balkh’s security command told DID news agency.
According to him, the details of the incident aren’t clear.
