The chairman of HPC emphasized a comprehensive peace will never be achieved by foreigners, and they (foreigners) can only support the peace process.
Khalili called on the people to raise the voice of peace in order to end the war in Afghanistan.
The government of Afghanistan offered a peace plan for Taliban in the so-called Kabul process conference in February. The peace offer include political offices for Taliban in Kabul and other provinces of Afghanistan if Taliban accept the constitution
Tashkent World Peace Summit held on 27 March in Uzbekistan, supported the Afghan peace process. Representatives from 27 countries attended the meeting to find a resolution for peace in Afghanistan.
It is noteworthy the special representative of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Afghanistan has recently vowed his country is ready to open a political office for Taliban group.
