Grenade Attack in Kabul; 2 Taliban members, 4 School children Injured
A grenade was thrown at a Taliban vehicle in the capital Kabul on Wednesday morning, Taliban officials confirmed.
“This morning a grenade was thrown at a mujahideen vehicle in Deh Mazang, wounding two mujahideen,” Taliban interior ministry spokesman Qari Saeed Khosti told AFP.
Another official said: “Our initial information shows four school students wounded.”
The explosion happened around 8am during rush hour in the Dehmazang area in the west of Kabul.
The perpetrators of the attack have not been identified or arrested yet.
No individual or group immediately claimed responsibility.
