National Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan Reacts to Wednesday Kabul Blast

Did Press: The National Resistance Council for the Salvation of Afghanistan has denounced deadly explosion in the capital Kabul.

The council in a statement released on Wednesday night strongly condemned the suicide attack at the gate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“On Wednesday evening, following a suicide attack in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan, a number of young diplomats of the ministry were martyred and many were injured. The National Resistance Council grieves the loss and deeply concerned regarding the incident,” read the statement.
The National Resistance Council further emphasised to fight against terrorism in all of its forms and manifestations.
The widespread presence of various terrorist organizations in Afghanistan will be a cause of concern for the region and the world, the Council added.

It is worth mentioning that at least 20 people lost their lives and dozens were injured during yesterday’s deadly suicide attack.
ISIS terror group claimed responsibility for the attack.
