Noor’s Candidate Starts Duty for Ministry of Education

The Afghan second VP Sarwar Danish introduced Mirwais Balkhi as the acting head of the ministry of education on Sunday 25 March.
Mirwais Balkhi will be introduced as the proposed minister for the House of Representative as a result of the agreement between presidential palace and Ata M. Noor.

Mr. Balkhi started his duty as the acting head of Afghanistan’s ministry of education.
“The second vice president Sarwar Danish officially introduced Mr Balkhi as the acting head of the ministry of education,” said Shah Hussain Mortazavi, the secretary press office of the presidential palace.
Dr. Mirwais Balkhi was the deputy of chief of mission at the embassy of Afghanistan in India.

Meanwhile, Najib Aqa Fahim, a person close to Ata M. Noor has been introduced as the minister of state to address natural disasters.
Mohammad Farhad Azimi, a member of the parliament from northern Balkh province, is expected to be introduced as the ambassador of Afghanistan to Kazakhstan.
