Taliban Suffer Heavy casualties in Faryab and Jawzjan

2o Taliban members were killed and wounded in Faryab and Jawzjan provinces, Shaheen 209 corps reported.
“As a result of airstrikes by the country’s defense and security forces on Taliban positions in Faryab’s Almar district, 6 Taliban were killed and 3 others wounded,” Shaheen 209 corps told DID news agency.
According to another statement, 6 Taliban members were killed and Jawzjan province and 5 others injured.
Shaheen 209 corps announced that “Naweed 5” operation is ongoing in Northern provinces of the country.
Yesterday, 29 armed Taliban were killed and wounded in Jawzjan and Kunduz provinces.
