The incident took place shortly after 9am in Dispichari area in Kabul’s PD9.
According to a police officer, a suicide car bomber has killed three civilians and wounded five more in the eastern part of the capital Kabul.
The attacker targeted a foreign convoy on Saturday but was not successful.
Taliban claimed the responsibility of the attack.
