DID Press: A vehicle was struck in an apparent airstrike in central Kabul on Thursday evening, according to local sources. The incident occurred in Abdul Haq Square and resulted in the vehicle, a Toyota Land Cruiser, being set ablaze.

Witnesses reported hearing two explosions around 10:00 p.m. local time on October 9. Local sources indicated that one of the blasts was caused by an airstrike targeting the SUV. Following the strike, an unmanned aerial vehicle was seen circling the area for several minutes.
Taliban government spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid confirmed the explosion but declined to provide further details regarding the nature of the incident or those behind it.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, and there have been no confirmed reports of casualties at this time.
