DID Press: Israeli Forces has acknowledged that one soldier was killed and nine others were wounded during clashes in southern Lebanon.
According to the report, one of the injured is in critical condition, while four others are in moderate condition. The remaining four soldiers sustained light injuries.
The report adds that, according to Agence France-Presse, at least 15 Israeli soldiers have been killed in southern Lebanon over the past six weeks amid ongoing cross-border fighting.
The escalation reflects continued instability along the Israel–Lebanon border, where intermittent clashes have intensified in recent weeks.
