Gaza Mural Expresses Support for “Sumud” Global Flotilla

DID Press: Palestinian artists in Gaza have created a mural in Gaza’s port expressing support for the Global “Sumud” flotilla.

According to reports, the flotilla—recently en route to Gaza in an attempt to break the blockade—was intercepted in international waters by the Israeli navy.

The mural, painted collaboratively by local artists in the port area, conveys solidarity with activists involved in the maritime mission and highlights continued public support for efforts to challenge the blockade on Gaza.
