Arsenal End 22-Year Wait to Win Premier League Title

DID Press: Arsenal have secured the 2025/26 Premier League title, ending a 22-year wait for England’s top-flight crown following the final-week results of the season.

The title was confirmed after Manchester City were held to a 1–1 draw against Bournemouth, effectively missing the chance to overtake Arsenal at the top of the table. As a result, Mikel Arteta’s side clinched the championship without needing to play their final match.

Arsenal, who had finished as runners-up in the previous three seasons, finally secured their 14th Premier league title through consistent performances, tactical stability, and strong defensive organization throughout the campaign.

The achievement is being described as the culmination of Arteta’s long-term rebuilding project in North London, focused on discipline, team cohesion, and sustained results.

Following the confirmation, celebrations erupted among supporters at the Emirates Stadium and across London. This marks Arsenal’s first Premier League title since the historic “Invincibles” season in 2003/04.

The club now turns its attention to the UEFA Champions League final, with the possibility of completing a historic double.
