DID Press: Afghanistan’s national taekwondo team has completed an intensive training camp in preparation for upcoming Asian qualification competitions.

The Afghanistan national taekwondo squad, consisting of six athletes and two coaches, is set to compete in the continental qualifying event in Mongolia. The team has undergone rigorous training in recent weeks aimed at improving both physical conditioning and technical performance.
Head coach Mohammad Bashir Taraki said the athletes are in good condition and described the preparation process as fully satisfactory.
The tournament will provide Afghan athletes with an opportunity to secure qualification points for the Asian Games and gain valuable international experience.
