314 new COVID-19 cases Surfaced in Afghanistan

The Ministry of Public Health announced Thursday that with 314 new positive coronavirus cases, the total number of infections has reached 33,908 in the country.

The Ministry says that in the past 24 hours, 716 suspicious coronavirus cases were tested in the laboratories, in which, 314 cases were positive.

According to the Ministry, in the past 24 hours, 141 patients have been recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries in the country to 20,841.

Simultaneously, 20 patients died from the virus. The total number of deaths has now reached 957 nationwide.
