DID Press: Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks in Pakistan’s southwestern province, saying its fighters killed 13 security personnel and wounded several others in 22 separate operations across Balochistan.
In a statement, the group alleged that its operations included armed assaults, ambushes, and targeted explosions against Pakistani security forces in multiple districts. It also claimed to have inflicted damage on military equipment and government positions.
Pakistani authorities and the military have not yet issued a detailed response to the claims, and the reported figures have not been independently verified.
Balochistan has seen a long-running insurgency involving separatist groups, including the BLA, which frequently claims responsibility for attacks targeting security forces and infrastructure projects in the region.
